Summary
A pair of late 19th or early 20th century sock for a child, made from a glazed cotton yarn (circa 1890 to circa 1910). The socks have an open work design on the top of the foot and up the front of the ankle, finishing with a design similar to a row of bishop's mitres, below the deep ribbed top edge.
