Summary
A rocking horse on a bow rocker base, gessoed and painted wood, the worn surface of the body off white or beige, with a mohair wool mane and tail, the eyes painted red, white and black, a handlebar fixed at the back of the neck, c. 1910, possibly originally mounted as a children's velocipede (i.e. with different-sized wheels) tricycle.
