Summary
One of the puppets made for and used by the ‘Lilliput Marionette Theatre’. This marionette has been identified as an 'octopus' and is from a play entitled 'The Little Mermaid'. It has a brown head, possibly made of papier-mâché, with wooden beads as eyes. There are eight tentacles made of brown wooden beads connected with string. There are four rings to hold the puppet strings.
