Summary
A skin covered papier mache (possibly) toy 'saddle horses' (1920s). The horse was possibly made by the German manufacturer 'Bauer and Krause', Leipzig, Germany. Manufactured from the late 19th century till the 1930s. The two front hooves are missing, while the rear two hooves are wooden and painted black. It wears a leather saddle and harness (the latter partially missing). This feeding box is part of a set consisting of a stable, trolley, carriage and 5 horses - inventory number 665409.
