Summary
A wooden feed box (1920s) with a sloping lid now detached from the box (two leather straps, held by metal studs, are both broken). This feeding box was possibly made by the German manufacturer 'Bauer and Krause', Leipzig, Germany. Manufactured from the late 19th century till the 1930s. It is covered in paper with a brown mottled design and a painted yellow band around the edges and the whole is varnished. This feeding box is part of a set consisting of a stable, trolley, carriage and 5 horses - inventory number 665409. Total number of items is 2.
