Summary
A metal model railway building with a printed facade. The front is comprised of a brown stone ground floor containing three doors in three corresponding archways; a green brick first floor with five windows with brown stone surrounds; a pair of identical windows on both the ground and first floor at either end of the building. At the back are another five identical windows on the first floor and a single window flanked by two pairs of doors with stone surrounds on the ground floor. It has a metal roof with embossed tiles. The building rests on a dark yellow metal base.

Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Miss F. L. Cann in November 1977.
Marks and inscriptions
On the underside of the base, inside a shield shape: 'GBN' On the right-hand end of the building at the bottom edge: 'G.B.N. dep.'
