Summary
A doll's cotton bodice sampler with pin tucks down the front (circa 1892). The bodice has a lace trimmed jabot and lace edging to the neck and short sleeves. There is a cotton draw string at the waist,and a button at the neck. This item is possibly the 'work of Sophie Golden, aged sixteen years, a pupil of Westgate House, Peterborough. Conducted by Miss Willoughby.'
