Summary
A stationary model steam engine (circa 1912) consisting of a cylindrical metal boiler with a chimney and a furnace beneath with a hinged door. A pressure gauge is affixed to the front of the boiler. To the rear a power take off (fly wheel) on the left is connected, via a rod, to a piston assembly which is attached, via a pipe, to the boiler.
Marks and inscriptions
Front of the door and side of the boiler, inside a diamond motif: 'GBN/BAVARIA' Top of the piston: 'D.R.G.N.'
