Summary
A series of seven ‘bristle dolls’ (a wooden painted doll with hinged legs that swing, mounted on four bristle legs, with painted facial features). There is a farmer in a mauve smock and yellow hat, and a man with a brown coat and red and blue shirt and green hat that is missing its left hand. There is a woman with a blue, green and white skirt, black blouse, with hands on hips. There is a lady with a blue skirt edged with red, a red and white blouse and apron and a yellow hat with red ribbon and a woman with a white dress, red coat and red, white and blue turban. There is a man with a black beard and a green turban, wearing a yellow coat with red, brown and white decoration, green trousers and yellow feet. There is a man wearing a blue jacket with yellow buttons and a long yellow waistcoat. The total number of items is 7.
