Summary
A doll with a poured wax head, upper torso, arms and hands, and a stuffed cloth body. She has real light brown hair tied in a ribbon, painted facial features, and glass inset blue eyes. She is wearing a browny-gold silk dress with peach silk ribbons and bows and silvery gold tassels. The sleeves and bodice neckline are edged in lace trim. The lowest tier of the dress is faded peachy-pink and is very worn and protected with net. Underneath she wears an outer petticoat of white muslin with a frill edge, an under petticoat of white cotton with pin tucks, a cream inner petticoat with beige embroidery detail, and white cotton drawers with lace trim. On her feet are silk flesh-coloured stockings and silk shoes with embroidered flowers and leaves on the toes and leather soles. There is a buttoned strap on the shoes.
