Summary
An inset puzzle on a hardboard and plywood base, with cut out shapes, into which chunky cut out shapes relating to people engaged in different activities at a garage, fit. From left to right these are as follows: a man repairing the underside of a raised car; a garage building with workers and a customer; two garage workers filling tyres with air; two petrol pumps; two garage workers repairing a red car; a car in a car wash; a fuel tanker; a breakdown truck towing a car. The puzzle comprises nine pieces all held whole by being shrink-wrapped in transparent plastic.
Marks and inscriptions
Sticker on the back of the puzzle, inside and below a union jack with a puzzle shaped piece detached from it: 'BUY BRITISH/ HELP/ CASTLE GAMES AND TOYS LTD/ PUT BRITAIN BACK TOGETHER'
