These are for the eight crew and the cox. These turned wooden figures are painted different colours and have painted hair and painted facial features. On the underside of the boat are four green wooden revolving wheels set into corresponding slots. On top of the boat are two labels, one reads 'Escor', the other is a union jack with the words 'Made in England' printed in the middle. Printed on the cardboard box are 'No 46, rowing eight, red, Escor Toys Limited, Christchurch, England' and 'Made in England, Escor, Regd [Trade] Mark'. Three sides carry an identical picture of the boat with eight rowers and the cox. The box can be opened from each end. Total number of items is 10.
