Summary
Six painted lead model soldiers on horseback, the British Lancers. The soldiers are wearing black helmets with a red protrusion on the top with a yellow plume at the back, attached to their necks. This helmet is decorated with a yellow circle. Five of the soldiers are riding brown horses (of various shades) with the officer's horse in white. The soldier's uniforms consists of a red inverted triangle on the front of the tunic decorated with a white sash and gold coloured spots. Their backs, arms and legs are black, decorated with various coloured stripes. The trouser stripes are yellow. The officer's uniform is slightly different with yellow epaulets. They are loosely seated onto their horses upon a black and yellow saddle. All the soldiers are carrying objects in their left hand, although only three of these are complete. The officer has a sword, the other two have a banner and a brass musical instrument. The horses are standing on a green base. One of the horses is missing a leg, and another is broken. Total number of items is 6.
