Summary
Four mounted model soldiers. There are three free standing brown horses. On their backs is a soldier dressed in a red and black uniform and wearing a helmet carrying a red plume. The right arm is jointed at the shoulder and carries an upright sword. One sword is broken off half way. One horse is on a stand, is black, and carries a soldier with similar uniform with the addition of gold decoration on the front of the jacket. He, too, carries a sword but it is pointing downwards. Embossed on the bellies of the brown horses is 'Britain’s proprietors'. The original box for a set is covered with dark red paper. There is a cream label on the lid with black printing. In bold print on a banner is '1st Dragoons The Royals'. Above this, in the centre, is printed 'British Soldiers Manufactured By W. Britain In London, England'. On the left is the badge of the regiment and on the right is a drawing of a soldier talking to a horse. Total number of items is 6.
