Summary
A set of twenty seven wooden alphabet tiles in a wooden box. Each of the tiles has an upper case letter embossed on one side and the corresponding lower case letter on the other side painted in blue or black on a yellow background. They are packed in an unpainted wooden box with a sliding lid. On the lid is pasted a dark red label with a design including the letters A, B and C and an inscription reading 'Patent Embossed Alphabet Blocks Letters Patent October 24th [1862] No.3'. Total number of items is 29.
