Summary
A model railway passenger carriage having two sets of four wheels each which are mounted on a framework that freely rotates. The carriage has six opening doors either side, four are third class and two are first class. On either side is written 'LMS' and the number '10153' on both ends. The sides are painted brown with panels outlined in yellow and windows are outlined in dull red, the roof is painted black. On either end of the carriage are two buffers and a coupling unit. The box contains a piece of stiff brown paper. The lid of the box has one broken wire hinge and a hole to take the string closure. On the top of the lid is a picture of a North American Indian with a bow and arrow. Beneath this is an outline diamond and written inside is 'BOWMAN MODELS'. Beneath this is written 'BOWMAN COACH MODEL 550 R'L'Y'. One end of the box is broken. One side of the box has a hole for the string closure. Total number of items is 4.
