Summary
A child's china tea service, by Powell, Bishop and Stonier, consisting of four cups, five saucers, six small plates, one large plate and a sugar bowl. They each have a moulded rippled surface, creamy yellow glaze and gold lusterware rim. Total number of items is 17.

Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Miss Harris in 1976.
Marks and inscriptions
Base of plates: Makers' mark for Powell, Bishop and Stonier: a man with a parasol and the words 'ORIENTAL IVORY'. The following is also printed on the bottom 'PB and S'.
