Summary
A German (probably) brown hide covered pull-along 'platform with wheels' type toy horse (circa 1870 to circa 1900) with light horsehair mane and black tail. This is possibly made by the German manufacturer 'Bauer and Krause', Leipzig, Germany. Manufactured from the late 19th century till the 1930s. It has a brown and white face with black painted nose, red nostrils and brown glass eyes. It has black painted hooves and a white lower half of its back left leg. It is wearing a light brown and red harness and a beige tape girth. The horse stands on a wooden plinth with four wooden wheels.
