Summary
A birth certificate for Sarah May Jones. The certificate has the official phrases and markings printed in red. Handwritten is the name of the person being registered, the date, the number in the register book, date of entry and the registrar’s signature, and the place of registration; Wolverhampton West district. On the reverse, is a ‘Notice regarding the registering of Births and Deaths’. Also the notice of it costing ‘a fee not exceeding three pence’.
