The box is made of transparent plastic in a square, with a narrow dark grey strip of plastic down the left side. Once opened the case contains a paper printed insert held in place by small plastic securers to create the cover. It has the PlayStation logo in the top left corner, the title in red and silver text is in the centre with fire graphics surrounding it and a black background. On the bottom right is a 'FOX INTERACTIVE' logo. Down both right and left sides in the plastic are paper inserts that say 'DIE HARD TRILOGY(TM)' in white on black backgrounds with the PlayStation logo at the top end and 'SELES 00445' at the other. Back inside the box is a paper information booklet of 166 pages printed in black and white text inside but with colour covers. In a dark grey plastic moulded section is the disc in silver itself with the title and logos etc, but with a large quantity of black text going around its circumference.
