Summary
A late 19th or early 20th century baby's cap made of white silk on a base of cotton. The silk is embroidered and gathered at the back and decorated with ribbon. The edges of the cap are decorated with multiple layers of lacy fabric and the top of the front is decorated with a strip of downy feathers with a ribbon bow at each end. Inside is a drawstring to tighten the neck.
