Summary
A card insert which accompanied an outfit for a ‘Tressy’ doll when it was sold. The background is blue, apart from a white panel, on which is printed 'TWO FOR ONE Contents two-piece trouser suit chiffon scarf shoes CAT. NO. 30248 EMPIRE MADE'. Colour-printed above this are two drawings of dolls wearing the outfit in two possible combinations - one is wearing the tunic as a dress, with the scarf in her hair, the other is also wearing the trousers, with the scarf as a belt. Both are wearing the shoes.
Provenance
Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Helen Akitt in March 2008.
