Summary
A child's swimsuit made from nylon, made to fit a 3-4 year-old. It is bright turquoise, lined at the front in white. In the centre of the front is a motif made up of three appliquéd fabric flowers, smaller flowers embroidered in white, pink and purple and leaves in green. There is a large cut-out shape at the back with a mock 'tie' at the top. Sewn into a side seam is a white ribbon label printed in black with manufacturer's details, care instructions, etc.

Purchased for the Museum of Childhood by Mrs Sue J. Fraser (Collections Assistant) in July 2007.
