Summary
A toy typewriter which is mainly painted tin plate with original box. The typewriter has a moveable carriage painted blue with black knobs, to hold the paper and a black and red ribbon. Its painted key board has a yellow and black wheel in the centre marked with the letters and numbers you can use by selecting and then pressing the red bar to print. A yellow 'return carriage' button is on the left. Also a brown corrugated cardboard box with red, white and black printing on five sides. On two sides is a picture of a boy and girl looking at a typewriter, a description of what it is and what it can be used for. The other sides have 'METTYPE JUNIOR WORKING TOY TYPEWRITER' written on in various forms. It is ripped and dented and has a loose base. Total number of items is 2.
