Summary
A child's white ceramic plate with a moulded edging decorated with a flower pattern. Inside this is a black and white transfer, again in a flower pattern. Inside the centre of the plate, written in black is the following: 'AGAINST IDLENESS. In works of labor or of skill I would be busy too; For Satan finds some mischief still For idle hands to do. In books, or works, or healthful play, Let my first years be past, That I may give for every day, Some good account at last.'
