Summary
A commemorative ceramic tankard produced to celebrate Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1887. It is decorated in black transfer decoration with a three quarter view bust of Queen Victoria; the coat of arms and an image of Brittania with the words ‘UBI VIRTUS IBI VICTORIA’ beneath. The tankard also bears the words ‘VICTORIA QUEEN and EMPRESS JUBILEE YEAR. 1887’
