Summary
A dissected puzzle entitled 'The Geographical Puzzle' (circa 1900), in a wooden and cardboard box with colour printed paper pasted onto the outside. On the lid are the title and an illustration of a seated woman wearing a blue dress and hat, touching a globe of the world. A little girl dressed in red and white is standing on the globe. Around this illustration is a pattern, with flowers in four corners. A pattern is also on the edges of the box and consists of pictures of children and objects. The Geographical puzzle consists of four wooden, double-sided, dissected puzzles of colour maps. One is of Europe, the other side, Scotland. The second is of England and Wales, the other side, Ireland. There are also four colour printed paper maps of these countries. Total number of items is 49.
