Summary
A dissected puzzle labelled 'The Spondon Puzzle Feeding Time', made from wood with a paper picture colour-printed and stuck on. The picture depicts a boy and girl (in Dutch costume, including clogs), with houses and a windmill in the background. The boy is standing, with his hands in his pockets. The girl is crouching down with a dish on her lap, feeding a family of chickens. Also in the box are seven pieces which do not belong to this puzzle. The box is made from cardboard, covered in dark blue glossy paper, with a label on the lid which reads 'The Spondon Puzzle, Name [ ], Feeding Time, Size – 14 x 6 [three quarters] No. of Pieces - 100 A.Dinn'. The box is quite faded and the label is torn around the edges. Total number of items is 109.
