Summary
A dissected map entitled ‘Wallis's Map of the Holy Land’, dissected according to its division between the 12 tribes by Joshua and exhibiting the most remarkable events recorded in the Old and New Testament. There are 48 dissected pieces are housed in their original box. The box is broken and has a picture printed in colour on the lid showing two religious figures flanking a tablet with a cross on the top. Included in the box is a coloured printed folded map showing the same image as that of the dissected pieces. The map is badly damaged. Printed on the reverse of the map are the 12 tribes by Joshua. Total number of items is 53.
