Summary
Jigsaw puzzle entitled 'Clovelly' made from paper, stuck on wood and the shapes cut out using a jig-saw, along with the original box. The colour image depicts a steep cobbled street with houses on either side. On the left hand side one has a board labelled 'New Inn'. The figures of a woman and child are walking up the street; a man and a man with a donkey are walking down. In the background are trees and in the right foreground some bushes and flowers. Information about the manufacturer is noted on the case label. The original blue cardboard box has a black and white printed illustration of the puzzle stuck onto the lid. Also on the lid is printed the information about the manufacturer. Total number of items is 304.
