Summary
A rock specimen, prominent grey-green crystals on the upper surface, the lower surface shows a band of black-grey crystalline structure with traces of yellow-brown surrounding it. It is possible that the specimen is fluorspar, the same type of rock as the famous 'Blue John' . The label on the packaging indicates the source as Mill Close Mine, Darley Dale, Matlock.
