A cylindrical record in a cylindrical cardboard box with a separate cardboard lid. A white paper label stuck around the box reads 'Edison Gold Moulded Record'. Also on this label is a black and white photograph, possibly of Thomas Edison, and patent dates. A circular paper label on the lid reads '9162 Silver Threads Among The Gold (DANKS), Soprano Solo, Miss Marie Nanelle, Edison Record'. The inside of the box is lined with soft fabric.
