Summary
A translucent pale blue pencil case with its contents - a ruler, a propelling pencil, a ballpoint pen, a pair of scissors, a stapler, a hole punch, a Sellotape dispenser and a correction tape dispenser (circa 2007). The pencil case is rectangular and fastens with a clear/white plastic zip. Attached with a metal 'rivet' at one end is a clear plastic tag, printed on each side in pale blue with a small 'schoolboy' figure and 'Travel Mate'. The six-inch/15cm ruler is made from translucent turquoise plastic with the details printed on in white ink. The pencil and pen are very similar to each other - each has a translucent turquoise plastic barrel with a white soft plastic sleeve as a 'grip' near the point, and clip for attaching to a pocket top. The scissors are made from silver-coloured metal, with translucent turquoise plastic handles. There is an opaque white plastic cover to protect the blades. The stapler and hole punch are very similar to each other - each has metal working parts and a translucent turquoise plastic top and base. The Sellotape dispenser is made from translucent turquoise plastic and contains narrow Sellotape, the end of which is marked with a short length of green and white plastic tape. The correction tape dispenser is made from clear plastic, with yellow, white and red plastic spools inside and a blue plastic 'point'. Printed in pale blue on one side is the 'schoolboy' figure and 'Travel Mate'. Total number of items is 9.
