Summary
A doll based on the Bollywood star, Priyanka Chopra (circa 2006), in her original clear plastic box. The box has a colour-printed insert - illustrated with images of the actress and 'Bollywood Legends' on the front and part of an interview with her on the back. Printed in gold-coloured ink on the box are her name and a copy of her autograph. The doll is made of plastic and has moulded and painted facial features and very long auburn hair (swept to one side of her head). She is in dancing pose but is probably jointed at the shoulders and hips, with a swivel head. She is wearing a long red nylon skirt with a matching wrap which is fastened to her hands. Both are decorated with gold-coloured glitter and tiny blue plastic 'jewels'. Her short bodice is made from dark blue nylon 'velvet' and has red motifs which are decorated with gold-coloured glitter and clear plastic beads. She is wearing a lot of plastic jewellery - many gold-coloured bangles (some decorated with red 'jewels'), large dangly earrings which are gold-coloured with one large and several smaller red 'jewels', and a similar piece on her forehead.
