Summary
A small teddy bear (circa1980), made from light-brown fur fabric and sewn in a sitting pose. He has brown and black plastic eyes and brown thread embroidery to form his nose and mouth. He is stuffed with an unknown substance and also has a few plastic pellet 'beans' in his hands and feet, like a beanie toy. On his feet are pads of shorter-pile fur fabric. Around his neck, a brown tartan ribbon is tied in a bow. Sewn into a seam in his leg is the manufacturer's label, which is in the form of an embroidered ribbon and has information on both sides. In addition, on one side is 'Russ' (the manufacturer) and on the other 'Bears in Love'. Also attached to his leg, by a nylon tie, are two cardboard labels - one has 'Russ' on one side and a bar code on the other, the other has safety information in seven different languages.
