Summary
A soft toy Jellycat elephant (circa 1980) made from blue, long-pile fur fabric. He has large ears, black plastic, button-like eyes and white, short-pile fabric tusks and toenails. He has a short tail ending in a fringe of black artificial suede. His head, body and legs are stuffed and he can sit - his legs fold at the top where a seam has been sewn across. His arms are empty apart from a small amount of plastic pellet 'beans' (like those in a beanie toy) at the hands. There are more 'beans' in his feet. Sewn into a seam at the back is the manufacturer's label, which is in the form of an embroidered ribbon and has information on one side and an image of a black and white cat's head, wearing a red bobble hat, on the other, with the word 'Jellycat' in blue.
