Summary
Two wooden trains with assorted carriages, wagons and track. One train is modern and has an engine and two carriages; the other is old-fashioned and has an engine, a wagon and a tanker. There is also a wagon which does not belong with the set made by Early Learning Centre (ELC). The modern train is painted white with blue detailing; the other train has a black engine, a yellow wagon and a green tanker. The other wagon is bright green, blue and red. Each piece has a silver-coloured magnet at each end to couple up to the other pieces. Each has four black plastic wheels on a silver-coloured metal axle, except the black engine, which has red wheels. The track consists of sixteen pieces, two straight, twelve curved and two bridge pieces. All are made of plain wood with a groove at each side for the wheels to run in and a 'jigsaw'-type shape cut out of each end for inserting a plastic connector. There is a connector in one end of each straight piece, one end of four of the curved pieces and both ends of two of the curved pieces. Object is used as handling collection. Total number of items is 23.
