Summary
A plastic 'Day to Night' Barbie doll with moulded and painted facial features, blue eyes and lilac eye shadow, and long, blonde, wavy nylon hair styled in a loose plait (circa 1985). She is jointed at the shoulder and hip and swivels at the waist. Her head is detached. She has slightly bent arms. She has pierced ears and is wearing 'diamond' stud earrings, and a hole in her right hand for inserting a 'ring' and she is wearing one to match her earrings. She is wearing a dark pink lurex-type 'swimsuit' with narrow shoulder straps. Over this is a wrap-around skirt which consists of two layers and can be worn either way round: the pale pink, 'mock suede' side for Day, and the dark pink sheer side for Night. It fastens at the back with two press studs. She has a pale pink jacket to match which has long sleeves, white lapel and two tiny white buttons at the waist, fastening with a press stud. She also wears a white plastic hat with a brim, trimmed with a pink and white spotted band, and has two pairs of shoes - a pair of white court shoes with pink tips and a pair of pink sandals. Her handbag is white with a pink strap.
