Summary
A Polly Pocket doll's house which consists of a red plastic box with the name Polly Pocket and logo moulded and printed in gold-coloured ink on the lid. (circa 1989). The lid and base are hinged together. The box opens to reveal the interior of a miniature house in the base and lid of the box and three small figures - a Polly Pocket doll, a cat and a dog. The doll, with blonde hair and a red dress, is jointed in the middle so she can sit or stand. The ginger cat and brown dog are not articulated. The figures fit into three moulded shapes in the base but can be moved around. The miniature house consists of a garden with a blue gate, a hall with a blue front door, a living room and a kitchen in the base. The gate and door open and shut. The lid of the box contains another kitchen area, two flights of stairs, a bedroom and a bathroom. All the rooms are furnished with moulded plastic furniture and accessories, in yellow, pink, mauve, blue and green, and the walls of the rooms in the lid are covered with printed paper. Total number of items is 4.
