Summary
A hard plastic 'Rosebud' doll (circa 1950) with her original cardboard box and wearing her orginal clothes. She has painted facial features, open and closed blue eyes and moulded hair. She has a jointed neck, arms and legs. She wears a short sleeved pink floral cotton dress with white lace trim at the waist and hem, and a back opening closed with two buttons and six loops. Underneath is a white cotton petticoat edged with white braid and a pair of white cotton knickers. On her head a lace edged bonnet of the same material as the dress tied under the chin with a white ribbon. On her feet are a pair of white cotton ribbed socks and a pair of white plastic strap shoes. The original cardboard box's lid has a white spotted blue background with the manufacturers name on all five sides and on the top a picture of a baby with the words 'I an Baby Rosebud', and on the top, a picture of a baby inset. Total number of items is 3.
