Summary
A white, hard plastic bed base for a 'Sindy' doll with four thin tubular legs (circa 1973). The bed has narrow sides on three sides, and two slots for the headboard on the fourth - the headboard is missing. On the bed is a white, thin, plastic mattress with rounded corners. There is a white, cotton, knitted blanket with a hand-stitched design of a rabbit on one half. This could be part of a larger blanket. There is also a thin blue and green cotton bedcover with frills on three sides. This cover has a green, outlined, square pattern with an over-pattern of blue lines. With these items is a small cardboard piece of an original Sindy box. Total number of items is 5. Bought in 1973 for the donor's daughter (Sally) when she was age 4 or 5.
