Summary
A dressing table and stool, part of set of 'Sindy' bedroom furniture and original boxes (circa 1973). The set comprises a wardrobe and a white dressing table each in their original boxes. The white dressing table has a tall mirror attached to the centre back, two drawers on either side of the front. The right hand drawer contains a silver coloured envelope bag inside of which there are five green 'bank' notes and a blue coloured round plastic mirror with ‘The Bionic Woman’ embossed on the back. In the centre front of the table is the gold coloured design with a central 'S' and gold coloured designs on the legs and mirror. The white plastic stool has four legs each with a gold coloured design, a rectangular seat covered in a pink floral fabric. The Serial Number is No. 44505. The cardboard box has photographs of the dressing table and stool on three sides and on the fourth side pictures of other toys available in series. The box has the name of the manufacturer 'Pedigree', their name and address. There is a note to say that the toy is not suitable for children less than three years of age. Bought in 1973 for the donor's daughter (Sally) when she was age 4 or 5.
