Summary
A rectangular plastic plaque issued by the 'The Dental Board of the United Kingdom' in 1929. The plaque is made from plastic material around a cardboard frame. It is hung on the wall by a piece of string at the back. It has a painted verse on brown text at the centre relating to a story about 'Matty Mace' (by Mabel Lucy Atwell) a little girl who wasn't able to go to the circus because she had toothache.
