Summary
A die-cast metal model of a 'Decca Radar 424 scanner' made by Corgi, painted grey-blue. It is a tapering rectangular box in shape with a slot on one side. Slightly protruding from this slot is a small revolving grooved wheel. On the opposite side are embossed doors with hinges which do not open. On the top is a chimney-like structure. The object is missing the orange and silver plastic piece moulded in the form of the radar 'dish' that would have protruded from the top of the box, and would have been turnable by the revolving wheel. This model was part of the Corgi 'Rocket Age Models' series.
