Summary
One of the puppets made for and used by the ‘Lilliput Marionette Theatre’. This marionette was identified as a 'rabbit' and is from a play entitled 'Hansel and Gretel'. A marionette rabbit with a wooden control attached with nylon fishing line. All show serious signs of usage/wear damage. The rabbit is made of wood and coloured in predominantly grey colours, has leather ears and is articulated at all joints; legs and neck. The head is proportionally larger than the body and has eyes which are proportionally large and blue in colour.
