Head moves and legs move from hips and arms from shoulders. He has moulded and painted facial features with a mass of black curly nylon hair. On top of this is a padded plaid beret in red, green and yellow with a white feather at the front. He wears a long sleeved black felt short jacket with white lace at the cuffs and silver braid down the front edges. Attached to the base of this at the back is a plaid shawl which fans out and is caught at the left shoulder with a circle of cream felt with a red shiny jewel in the centre. He has a white cotton shirt with a large circular white lace ruffle at the front. His plaid kilt has a brown leather belt with a cream felt buckle at the front. Beneath his kilt are white cotton briefs edged with lace and a stiff white net petticoat. On his feet are knee length white cotton socks with tartan tops.
