There is a silver, red and blue insignia on his chest. His red cummerbund has three rows of gold braid on it. There is a gold braid down the outside seam of his trousers. He has a band of gold braid at the cuff, bearing an emblem with three grey beads on red felt edged with gold braid. He has a blue ribbon sash fastened with a gold buckle. On his right shoulder is a large red velvet rosette with a strap attached to his belt, and on his left shoulder a white ribbon bow and an emblem in white, blue, red and gold. A flat black brimmed velvet hat decorated with white feathers is fastened at his waist. He has black painted shoes and stands on an oval silver metal stand with a spring across his feet.
