Summary
A spinning top in the shape of the globe made of metal (circa 1922). The globe has a multicoloured map of the world with names of places in English and lines of latitude and longitude marked. On the top of the globe, at the North Pole, is a knob which is attached to a rod that goes through the globe and exits at the South Pole. This rod supports a freely rotating metal structure by which the globe may be held whilst spinning. In the southern hemisphere, just below the equator, are two diametrically opposed small oval holes.
