Summary
The card game known as ‘Kargo’ or ‘Golf at the Table’ in its original box (circa 1930). It consists of 53 playing cards of which 51 (excluding joker) have colour printed illustrations of 'court card' figures in various humorous golfing positions. Each card has a piece of text in the top left and bottom right hand corner The back of the cards have a green printed circular design over which is white and green text naming the card game and the manufacturer'. The joker card is has a red illustration of a joker with text above it. There is a green paper booklet with black printed text inside and explanation and manufacturer details in green ink on the front cover. The original box has a colour illustration on one side showing the court card figures playing golf with manufacturer details below. The reverse has an illustration of a golf flag pole and green text, again with the manufacturer details. Total number of items is 55.
