Summary
A small bisque doll with moulded and painted facial features and hair, which is brown and moulded to resemble a coiled plait at each side of her face. She also has a small hole moulded at the top of her head through which a short length of yellow ribbon has been threaded and tied. Her arms and legs are jointed at the shoulders and hips with pieces of gold-coloured metal wire, and her white socks with green edging and pale blue shoes have been painted on. She is wearing a short, pink, glazed cotton dress which is gathered at the neck and has a yellow ribbon sash tied at the back. Underneath she has a white linen all-in-one garment incorporating drawers, edged with narrow lace.
